https://jeffwilson.zenfolio.com/blog/2017/8/faqs FAQs

If you can't find the information that you want, please email me at [email protected].

  1. If you have any questions about placing an order please email me.
  2. Copyright:  All photos are the property of Jeff Wilson, and may not be copied, downloaded, or reproduced without permission. If you purchase a print you may not copy it.  If you purchase a digital image you may use it as specified in the license.
  3. Typically these images also appear on my Facebook page. Feel free to share the FB versions, use them as profile pics, etc. However, please do not use the Facebook images to promote anything commercial - anything that you hope will make you money. For such purposes, please purchase a digital image from this page.
  4. If an image of you appears in my gallery and you object, email me with the gallery name and photo number and I will consider removing it.  Photography of anyone is legal in any public setting where there is no expectation of privacy.  My images reflect life, with its ups, downs, and sidewayses, but I never intend to embarrass or harm anyone by posting an image.
  5. In non-private settings, photography is legal unless expressly forbidden. If a setting is a public event open to the public, whether for free or for a fee, I treat it as if it is a public setting. I will stop photographing if asked by the site owner, but photos taken up until that time remain my property. And as an aside... unless a site prohibits all photos, even those taken by cell phones, I will assume that I can use my camera.
